If the delivery cycle still fails to meet your current demand, we can arrange for expedited services for your products to finish 2 to 4 days in advance on the basis of the present delivery cycle. 5. How do you charge for expedited services?

7. How are the orders of PCBA manufacturing sample boards achieved and what are the advantages?

The welding mode for such orders is the same way as that of large-batch orders, and the whole-process machine welding mode is adopted. Currently, for the manufacturing of sample boards, small batch and batch orders, the high-precision placement can be easily completed by adopting the conventional process. For example: The smallest placement size of CHIP elements is 0201; and the center-to-center distance of the adjacent solder points of BGA elements can achieve 0.4mm. |
9. How about the delivery capacity of PCBA manufacturing?

PCBA manufacturing is a comprehensive service. The delivery capacity depends on the manufacturing cycle. Taking the conventional industrial control products for example, for the sample board orders, the conventional manufacturing cycle is that the delivery is made three days after of the material are well prepared; for small batch orders, the delivery is made in 4 to 5 days; and for large batch orders, the delivery is started after three days, and the daily quantity delivered is not less than 5000PCS. At the same time, our company also provides customers with manufacturing services for expedited orders. The expedited project is followed up by the engineer in the whole process, to ensure product quality. |
10. How about the quality of PCBA manufacturing?

The PCBA manufacturing quality is closely related with product design, quality control of materials and welding process control. As for our welding process control, the yield rate of orders of sample boards off the production line can be controlled to less than 300 PPM. For batch orders, the products are tested directly after getting off from the production line, and the yield rate can reach 99.5%. |
